Upon completion of this process our clients will gain a clear understanding of the construction project ahead. Plans will be developed based upon feasibility studies and construction analysis. We will use a preliminary design study to establish materials and a budget base line. The lead times will be identified and a preliminary schedule will be created for the project. Once the plan and budget are approved by the client we will develop the construction plans and submit for permits.

This is where all the planning comes together.

Project management will order materials and contract with subcontractors. We will coordinate the jobsite activities to ensure our schedule and budget are on target. Jobsite supervision will confirm that the work onsite is completed as specified and inspected  by the appropriate municipal authorities . We will coordinate and provide regular updates to all parties relating to the progress of the project. The jobsite will be kept clean and neat to provide a safe work environment.
