Pre-Construction Services

The success of your project starts here. Pre-construction services provide a clear understanding of each construction project. Plans are developed based upon feasibility studies and construction analysis. We use a preliminary design study to establish materials and a budget base line. Lead times are identified and a preliminary schedule is created for the project. Once the plan and budget are approved by the client we will develop the construction plans and submit for permits.

Construction Services

Project management orders materials and contract with subcontractors. We coordinate jobsite activities to ensure our schedule and budget are on target.  Jobsite management will confirm that the work onsite is completed as specified and inspected  by the appropriate municipal authorities . We coordinate and provide regular updates to all parties relating to the progress of the project. Jobsites are kept clean and neat to provide a safe work environment.
