CBS

This project began like many as a tenant prep project for Lakeview Realty. Structural repair to the wooden bow trusses and infrastrucure work to upgrade the utilities. As the project progressed CBS came on board as the tenant. Their buildout ensued requiring an elevator be installed to meet Chicago code.
