The project for MFP consisted on an 80,000 square foot building addition to the Broadview manufacturing and distribution facility. The site was limited due to storm water retention issues. Titan proposed an underground water retention system under the parking lot to ensure the maximum use of the site. Another concern during construction that Titan overcame was marrying the new precast structure to the old steel frame construction. Using insulated cooler panels on the old exterior wall Titan was able to provide a food grade finish as well as not disrupt their operation during construction.
