Nimlok
This project began as a speculative buildout and building upgrade project. Originally a 1950’s construction the building was in need of serious updating. Titan was brought in to bring the structure into the 21st century. We started with the replacement of the sewers and installed a new concrete floor slab. The existing roof top units were replaced and the wood roof deck repaired. Half way thru the renovations Nimok was signed as a tenant. The buildout was expanded from the original plan and accelerated to meet Nimlok’s time frame.
