Description: Remodel and expansion of their current taste testing operation. The project was completed in multiple phases to keep their business in operation.
Details: This project had unique requirements due to the blind taste testing service they provide. All tasting areas have negatively pressured HVAC, the kitchen had to be isolated as well so that prepare items were not exposed prior to testing.
